| First Time Administrators Academy |
The Academy is designed for first time principals and assistant principals. We will focus primarily on
“The Principal as the Instructional Leader” and how that looks in the day to day practice of a
campus administrator. Our goal is to help those first time administrators to broaden their
knowledge and skill base in the many areas that are required to be a successful campus leader.
Principals and assistant principals that attend all sessions will receive 36 Professional
Development hours and will fulfill TAC 241.25 They will also be provided on site mentoring and
support.

| DMAC |
DMAC (Data Management for Assessment and Curriculum) Solutions supplies Texas educators with the tools and services necessary to develop and improve the quality of education provided to students. Our partnership with DMAC Solutions and the partnership DMAC has with CSCOPE has provided our Region 8 School Districts with the ability to assess students using CSCOPE assessments as well as released state tests.
